Charlie is a data practitioner with a passion for public interest technology and transportation data. As a specialist in analytics and data engineering, he works closely with all segments of the modern data stack and its stakeholders. Charlie has worked closely with other data practitioners and non-technical collaborators to develop data pipelines and analytics models in numerous domains and has extensive experience supporting the analytics teams that use them. Previously, Charlie has served as co-director of the civic technology nonprofit Code for Philly and has led and developed multiple technology startups.
