Serving as founder and CEO of Jarvus, Chris is on a life-long mission to democratize technology. A self-taught web developer and platform engineer by trade, Chris brings together the ability to design novel systems with a keen sense of business strategy and more than a decade of experience on the frontline of civic and government technology. Initially serving as Jarvus’ CTO for more than a decade, Chris led dozens of major enterprise and community technology transformation projects while playing a leading community organizer role in Philadelphia’s and the national civic technology communities. Now, as CEO, Chris is focused on building alliances and shaping strategy in the public transportation and public education markets.
